问题 : Dear ladies and Gentlemen, please can you help me to find the Chinese spelling of the "Cape Yatau" and the "Yatau Bay" ("Kap Ya-tau"/"Ya-tau-Bucht" as it was called by the Germans around 1900). Today it seems to be called Laoshan tou and Yaodao(?) wan. And, do you have the German book "Die Ortsnamen in Deutsch-Schantung" by Mootz, publ. at Tsingtau (Qingdao) 1901 (1st edition of 1899 was in Shanghai). I found it mentioned under http://www.dl-library.net.cn/book/710/Die-Namen-der-Orte-in-Deutsch-Schantung-710000.html but I cannot make contact to them. Please note: That it is not possible to get the book in Germany, so I cannot get any copy or even look into it. So I hope you can help me. Is the name Cape Yatau / Yatau Bay (today perhaps Laoshan tou and Yaodao wan?) perhaps to be found in any Chinese encyclopedia or places dictionary. Is there any Shandong places dictionary? What do these "cidian" say? You would help me a lot, if you can send me scans and citations and the names in Chinese how they were written in the time around 1900 and today. You are my last hope! 问题 : 电子阅览室里的电脑上面全都是垃圾软件，绝大多数都和图书馆资源无关，光是安全软件都能装好几个，导致本来配置就低的电脑特别卡顿连使用搜索引擎都经常卡死，以至于每次使用阅览室电脑都要先花十多分钟时间卸载全部无关软件，真正使用的时间有时候还没有卸载软件用的时间多。

问题 : 什么报刊阅览室，外文图书借阅室都不让带包进入，我知道可能带包进入确实会带来一些问题，但问题是:像上海和厦门等地的图书馆都不存在上述问题，带包进入也许会给贵馆带来一些困扰，但不能带包进入让不知让读者感觉多麻烦，贵馆难道就不能请教一下其它地方的图书馆，问下别馆是怎么做的，就可以允许读者带包进入，难道贵馆就不能学习一下，给读者更大的方便吗？
